Grant by Alianora, formerly wife of Robert Fraunceys of Elmstede, to John de Suttone, lord of Wyvenhoe, knight, and Agatha his wife, of all her tenement in the vill of Elmestede, with the reversion of the third part of the said tenement now held in dower by Placentia, late wife of Richard Fraunceys, and all goods and chattels therein. Done at Wyvenho on the Sunday after the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin, 8 Edward III.
